Netcetera PayTech CRM-less sales funnel

Netcetera Paytech products are everywhere and at the same time invisible in everyday life: the Swiss company offers digital payment solutions for banks and retail companies.

The project initially included the support of the marketing team for fair appearances. In addition to fair appearances and image videos we developed a process how visitors can schedule appointments with the sales staff. The challenge, however, was that no CRM was available at the beginning of the project.

My task was to design the entire funnel, decide on a suitable newsletter tool (Mailchimp), develop a responsive and user-friendly mail template for the marketing team, set up a landing page and implemented the entire automation process.

Later in the project we strategically participated in the selection of Salesforce as CRM, the conceptual support for the technical implementation agency and the conception of campaign content.
